Tandoori Masala

Additional Information:
1-Make one inch slits to the chicken with a knife.
2-Mix well yogurt, 1tsp salt, juice of 1 lime, and 2 table spoons of Goana Tandoori masala and a pinch of natural orange color. Apply this paste for the chicken pieces and marinate for 2 hours.
3-Put the chicken onto skewers and cook it in a moderately hot tandoor or in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
4-Sprinkle a dash of masala for a tingy taste. Serve with lime wedges and onion rings.
