Method:1-Cut the chicken into small pieces, apply curds, salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
2-Cook rice and keep aside.
3-Fry cashew nuts, raisins, one onion till light brown for garnishing at a later stage.
4-Fry 150gms or 2 medium chopped onions in oil and than add the marinated chicken, 50gm Goana biryani mix, 400ml water and cook till the gravy is slightly thick and keep aside.
5-In a serving dish, put a layer of of rice and cover with a layer of chicken gravy. Continue with the same layer and finish off with a layer of fried onion, cashew nuts and raisins. Happy eating.
