We design and supply a good range of cane handling devices as per standard specifications of National Federation of Co.op sugar factories for 1250 TCD to 5000 TCD.

A) Cane Chopper : Design manufacture supply of cane chopper rotor assembly width of 1524 mm / 1700 mm on forged steel shaft, cost steel hubs, swing dia 1600 mm, knives with chopping plate 45 to 48 HRC supported on double row self aligning spherical roller brgs, complete with plummer blocks, CI fly wheel, motor, gear box, hood etc.

B) Cane Cutter / Leveler : Designed manufacture supply of cutter/ leveler rotor assembly suitable of 60 carrier width. Cast steel hubs, forged steel 40 C 8 shaft, swing dia of 1600 mm minimum. Knives with satellited cutting edge Hardness 45-48 , supported on Drsasr Brg. Complete with plummer blocks, CI flywheel, motor, gear box, hood etc.

C) Swing Type Fibrizer : Designed, manufacture, supply installation of swing. Type fibrizer rotor assembly swing dia. 1600 mm to 2100 mm. Every fibrizer is designed to perform the best PI upto 85%, forged steel shaft, 32-50 mm hub thk, round / triangular hubs, swing type hammers 90-136 nos.hard faced. Anvil plate 160 coverage , stationery, feeding plate, supported on Sadrsr Brgs, pedestal, complete with all accessories etc. Installed No. Of fibrizer for Khandsarz units also.
