Special Design Crate Conveyors

Following are the Main Features of Special Design Crate Conveyors :-
a It can be used for transporting Filled or Empty Crates/Boxes as required and needed, from one floor level to other. Slope of the conveyor varies depending upon requirements.
a Above shown conveyor was especially meant to transport filled milk pouch crates from packing section area to cold store. Design of chain is such that it does not allow crates to slip over it.
a Two types of Conveyor are attached with each other in such a way that it forms one conveyor. ( Can be clearly seen in above photo ).
a It occupies less space and the amount of Labour required is also reduced.
a Drive Unit is of compact and direct shaft mounted type, considering space constraints faced by Dairy Industry.
OVERHANGING CRATE CONVEYOR ( 2nd Photo ) :
a This Conveyor as the name suggests is Overhanging type. Legs are grouted at ceiling. Offers more floor space as the floor area is clear.
a Conveyor suitable for bringing crates from first floor to ground floor, hence, the name decline crate conveyor.
a Chain links are such that they don't allow crates to rush downwards ( due to inherent reverse slope ) by making slight modifications.
a Gear motor is direct shaft mounted and structure of conveyor is designed in such a way to efficiently handle self weight and said dead weights in hanging condition.
