Capsule Type Crate Conveyor

Following are the Main Features of Capsule Type Crate Conveyor :-
a It is used for transporting Filled as well as Empty Crates/Boxes as required and needed from one side to other. This are Extra Long Conveyors with 'U' - Bends to facilitate continuous movement of Crates.
a Especially made for Ice Cream Industry, where the Ice Cream Boxes are loaded in Empty Crates and are transported to cold store positioned at the opposite side of the system. Design of the conveyor varies depending upon the Layout of individual Dairies.
a It occupies less space and the amount of Labour required is also reduced.
a It can easily handle any amount ( i.e. Capacities ) of Ice Cream packing machines placed on either side of Conveyor.
a First Photo shows the Merging Crate Conveyor with the Capsule type conveyor from where the Empty Crates get automatic feeded onto the system.
a Drive Unit is of compact and direct shaft mounted type, considering space constraints faced by Dairy/Ice Cream Industry.
