When dry it also has a clay like texture. This Red Clay blend is available both as single color or blended with various rocks and stones.
This clay is a medium shrinkage stoneware, suitable for throwing and sculpture. Throw it thin for dinnerware, or sculpt figures, tiles, or wall plaques. This clay has a smooth texture, fires beige to light brown in oxidation, and is versatile enough for both hand-building and throwing.
