Key Features
Superworker Technology provides the service of entire packing lines for hot rolling or cold rolling steel coil mills according to factory facilities and the production circumstances. We design, develop and produce all the equipment involved in the automatic coil packing line.
The equipment involved in this simplified packing line are:
a cWalking Beam, to transport the coil to the packing station
a cCoil Lifter 1: for paper wrapping the coil
a cCoil Lifter 2: For plastic film wrapping or the steel sheet covering the surface of the coil
a cAutomatic Coil Circuit Strapping Machine: The automatic strapping machine will strap around the coil and tie it tight with the joint which can prevent loose connection. One coil usually requires 3 circuit strappings.
a cThrough-Coil Automatic Strapping Machine: This automatic strapping machine will strap through the inner circle of the coil along the axis to strap the coil. One coil usually requires 3 or 4 through-coil strappings.
a cCoil Conveyor: the coil conveyor will transport the well packed coils to the coil storage area.
This simplified automatic coil strapping line requires 5 workers who are in charge of the coil wrapping procedure.
The strapping speed is 16 coils/hour.
Average power consumption is lower than 10KW/H.
