Semi Automatic Rotary Cup Filling Machines

Our firm is manufacturing and supplying of Semi Automatic Rotary Cup Filling Machines in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is provided with 16 Nos. SS Cups to arrest the foaming onto the containers during filling and also to increase the output substantially. The machines are designed with complete set of change-parts to fill different types of containers in volumes of 500/1000 ml. The machines are suitable to fill both viscous and non-viscous products including products with foaming characteristics with a filling accuracy of (+) or (-) 0.5%. The machine is provided with SS Service Tank of gross capacity 100 litres fitted with S.S. Float Valve for constant level control of the liquids handled. The machine is driven by suitably sized motor and reduction gear box of reputed make, fitted with AC Drive.
