Our Seed Cleaner Cum Grader is a unique, compact and proven design to give absolutely reliable performance. It has high separation capability, long-life (because of niglibible wear and tear) easy handling and high output. This Seed Cleaner Cum Grader has highly efficient blower providing sufficient air volume in primary and final aspiration chamber. Light impurities and dust are extracted by primary aspiration at the entry of hopper. The specially designed feed roller ensures the uniform entry of seed from hopper on the entire width of screen. The variable speed pulley is provided to the roller to regulate the feed rate of material. The screen boat has two layers of screens; upper screen and lower screen. On the upper screen all the bigger rejects get separated. This screen is cleaned by brush. On the lower screen smaller rejects get separated. the screen is kept cleaned by brush system .
