Pharmacodynamics:
Sarafloxacin, with wide antimicrobial spectrum, has strong effect against bacteria both in quiescent stage and growth stages. Bacteria sensitive to this product include olibacillus, salmonella, klebsiella, pasteurella multocida, campylobacter, hemophilus, pasteurella hemolytica, bordetella, listeria, staphylococcus, streptococci, clostridium and mycoplasma, etc.
Pharmacokinetics:
After orally administrated, this product is immediately absorbed. It distributes widely. Oral administration makes high availability.

Functions:
This product is an antibacterial drug used for treating infections caused by sensitive organism on livestock and poultry.
Usage and Dosage:
Water premix, for chicken, 25-50mg product/1 liter water (100g product/200kg water), successive for 3-5 days.

Notice: This product can inhibit the metabolization of theophylline and caffeine. Co-administrated, blood concentration of thephylline and caffeine will go up.
Rifampin, chloromycetin, thiamphenicol and florfenicol can decrease the antibacterial effect of this product.
Probenecid can blockade the exudation of renal tubule and react with some quinolones, delaying the elimination of the latter.
