Matting Hardener for Powder Coating
Jietonda SA68 is the salts of poly carboxylic acid with cyclic amidine which can be used in epoxy or Hybrid coatings for matt or semi-matt gloss with very good flowing and properties. It can be applied both in pure epoxy and hybrid (epoxy-polyester) powder coatings. Gloss ranges from 5~10% in Epoxy coatings and 10~70% in Hybrid coatings. Variation between matt and semi-matt surface can be obtained by means of suitable adjustment of formulation.

2.Characteristics
i can produce strong matting effect and excellent leveling performance and stable comprehensive performance for epoxy powder coating.
i can be used as a curing agent for hybrid(epoxy / polyester) powder coating with super matt surface , excellent performance and good reproducibility .
i stable gloss and color under normal baking temperature.

3.Use method & levels

i Premix SA68 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
i The use level is 7-11 parts per 100 parts of epoxy resin (E-12)by weight.
4.Package & Storage
i The product is delivered in flat PE-bags, net weight 20kg or 25kg.
