-Semi Automatic S.W.R PVC moulded fitting ring socketing machine up to 160mm.
-SWR PVC molded fittings by Water cooled Blowing Punch (Mandrel) EN8 material with Hard chrome plating 4 parts assembly punch ring, blow punch & gun metal ejector ring with pneumatic ejector system and water cooled external moulds.
- One mechanical toggle type clamping and one forming station.
- Four nos contact type aluminum heating stations with 04 Nos ID & OD contact type fitting support and touch free IR sensor Input, individual light flash and buzzer indications.
- All pneumatics used in machine are of janatics /SMC.
- Fitting Supports : Machine is provided with 4 nos Sizing gauges.
- Connections : Machine required only Air, water and electric connections as per specifications.
