The unit has base assembly fabricated from heavy mild steel sections. Brushless induction drive motor with frequency drive makes hte unit suitable for continous non-stop operation. Step less electronic frequency contol ensures gentle start and maintains preset speed. Compact counter balanced drive mechanism ensures high stability and reliability even in continous operation and uneven load distribution.
The Shaker is designed with a new concept of Single or a set of Eccentric moving between the bearings. Direct drive eccentric shaft which eliminates the tension spring. Thus strokes available is smooth & perfect. The top board assembly consist of S. S. Tray & Metal clamps OR Rubber disc type clamps (Optional) to hold conical flasks.
