Rice syrup is a light sweet syrup hydrolyzed and refined by whole enzyme method. Our rice syrup is made with NON GMO Rice. Rice syrup can be made from white rice, certified organic rice. Depending on the application, syrup can be made from "traditional brown or "clarified" in DE ranging from 26 to 70. Rice syrup is preferred sweetener for natural/healthy foods.
APPLICATION:
Rice syrup is used as base sweetener in edible sweet syrups (Flavored / Unflavored), blended honey, bakery foods, cakes, pastries, fillings, toppings, candies, canned fruits, health drinks, juices, soft drinks, Dairy products, ice-creams and so on.
