Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is used for the preparation of concrete with poor quality of sand and gravel materials, poor adaptability of cement, and relatively watery cementitious materials, it can significantly improve the slump retention ability and grouting ability of concrete, especially in situations where some universal retarders cannot solve, and has significant effects.
Technical Performance
Fresh concrete has good workability, especially improving its cohesiveness, improving its anti-segregation and anti-bleeding properties, and achieving good slump;
Slow release performance: This product has a slump retention effect on concrete, but does not retard setting;
Mechanical properties: There is no adverse effect the mechanical properties of concrete;
Adaptability: This product can be used in combination with various high-efficiency water reducing agents, and has functions such as slow release, dispersion, and slump retention;
Applicable Scope
This product is suitable for various types of Portland cement and should be used under normal temperature conditions; This product is also suitable for fresh concrete with a sufficient amount of water reducing agent added, but still with low slump and low expansion, and poor flow performance.
When compounded with water reducing agents with strong dispersivity such as amino sulfonic acid and polycarboxylic acid, it can effectively overcome the phenomena of short slump retention time and poor workability of fresh concrete.
Usage Method
This product should be diluted and compounded with water as needed before actual use.
Generally, the dosage is 0.6% to 1.0% of the cementitious material, with a slightly higher dosage in summer and a slightly lower dosage in winter.
This product can be used in combination with other water reducing agents or alone.
When using this product alone, it should be based on the test and have a slow-release function for better raw materials
