Ramming Mix For Electric Arc Furnace

These Ramming Mix for Electric Arc Furnace is manufactured by a synthetic process of palletizing and high temperature burning. Its features are high density, high strength, high corrosion resistance, high thermal resistance and volume stability. For the bonding phase of the material bonding, the quick sintering between periclase grains and matrixes(micropowder) plays a very important role, therefore a solid completely sintered layer is formed under high temperature. The material has good hot patching performance and is widely used for ramming the bottoms of UHP electric furnaces. HP electric furnaces, RP electric furnaces, DC electric furnaces and iron alloy electric furnaces.
We have developed the following eight varieties of products:
1-3 Used for ramming the bottoms of UHP,HP,RP electric furnaces and iron alloy electric furnaces, their brands are DHL-81, -83 and -25.
4 Used for ramming the bottoms of DC electric furnaces, its brand is ZDL-20.
5 Used for hot patching of electric arc furnaces, its brand is DRL-30.
6 Used for ramming the bottoms of DC electric furnaces, its brand is ZDL-40.
7 Used for ot patching of electricity conduction bottoms of electric furnaces, its brand is ZDL-45.
8 Used for ramming the bottoms of iron alloy electric furnaces, its brand is DTL-35.
