PTFE Push And Extruding Production Line This line is used for coating Ptfe jelly onto wire. It is composed of Mixer, Pre-former, Pushing & Extruding Machine, Sintering Furnace, Haul-off machine, Take-up with Traverser, Outer Diameter Measuring Device, Electrical Control Cabinet and Operation Desk, which can be divided into vertical and horizontal shapes. PTFE pipe Pushing and Extruding Machine is a derived product, whose difference is to push material in cylinder from top to bottom. The effective length of material cylinder has three sizes, 900, 1200, and 1800 mm. 900 and 1200 mm are for vertical machine, while 1800 for horizontal. Facing to the position of main machine, the sintering furnace can be arranged in upper part or at one side. One of the advantages of the latter is that it needs less building height (only 7 meters), furthermore, one baker can be added to increase productivity. The latter is good for making large sized wire.
