PTFE Pipe Extruding Line This line is used for manufacturing dispersion resinous pipe. It is composed of Mixer Pre-former Pushing & Extruding Machine Sintering Furnace Steering Auxiliary Equipment Hydraulic Station Outer Diameter Measuring Device Static Eliminator Electrical Control Cabinet and Operation Desk which can be divided into vertical and horizontal shapes. The effective length of material cylinder can be divided into three specifications which are 1800mm 2000mm and 2700mm. Besides similar material cylinder diameters can be chosen from according to different resin performances and pipe sizes for details see attached table.
