Pleated Polyester Cartridge Filters With Nanofibers

A new advanced Pleated Polyester Cartridge Filters with Nanofibers media has been specially design to meet increasing demand of high efficiency filter of air applications. nanocoat nanofiber media offers significantly improved fractional efficiency over conventional polyester(uncoated) media.
Due to very thin diameter i.e. 0.5micron of fibers, web of nanocoat polyester media retains most of the fine particle on the surface of the media. Hence gives very high efficiency of 99.99% for 0.2 to 2micron particulate as per ASHREA 52.2 standard MERV 15 rating. Its also gives significant pressure drop about less than half of the dP of conventional filter bags because of nanocoat on more pores substrate media. Very less compressed air required(4-5 bar) to clean the media in pulse jet dust collector system.

These type of pleated cartridges are in very much demand because of the huge advantage of energy saving,lower maintenance , increased filter life. These cartridges are true replacement of conventional filter bags and non coated polyester filter cartridges.
