Pit Pot Type Annealing Furnace

Features of our Pit Pot Type Annealing Furnace :-
* Electrically heated with automatic temperature control.
* Fuel fired using gas/oil
* The furnaces are suitable for annealing of ferrous and non ferrous materials. The furnaces use retort assembly either sand sealed or vaccum sealed under inert atmosphere. For MS wires retort assembly is sand sealed (binding wires) or vacuum sealed for scale free annealing of wires to be used for electro-galvanizing. For alloy steel wire coils are processed under vacuum and inert atmosphere to prevent decarburization. For copper wires retort assembly is vacuum sealed. Retort assembly with circular fan is used for High-perm decarburization of electrical stampings.
* Normally the furnace uses AISI-304 steel pot for maximum chamber temperature upto 800 c and thereafter AISI-310 steel upto 1000 c.
* The pot is fabricated using dished bottom for improved mechanical strength. The furnace is constructed using various grades of ceramic fibre blankets and refractories.
* Provision for Water Cooling of rubber seal gives good life of seal.


Bell type Annealing Furnaces :

We make bell furnaces for Higher charge output, carbon steel & alloy steels under inert atmosphere to minimize decarburization. The furnaces could be made available from 1 - 7 MT per charge.
