These easy-to-operate microprocessor pocket dosimeters with high accuracy and reliability form a highly cost- effective solution. They can be used autonomous or integrated in into a computer-assisted staff exposure management system together with a reader and applied software. The dosimeters feature personal dose equivalent Hp(10) as well as personal dose equivalent rate from continuous gamma and X-ray radiation. The detector is a G-M tube with the energy compensating filter. The microprocessor processing and proper background detection ensure high accuracy in the wide dose rate range. The microprocessor is responsible for managing the operation modes, processing data and their output on LCD and self-diagnostics.
