The Pellet Crumbler is an essential equipment for the preparation of crumbled pellet feed. This is used for breaking the pellets into crumbs required for chicks which are 2-3 weeks old. Pellets are broken into pieces of the required size between the two rolls of the crumbler. The gap between the rolls can be adjusted to regulate the size of crumbs. The roller gap is adjusted with a hand wheel mechanism. The crumbler is fitted with drive parts which include drive and driven pulley, belt, guard and slide rails for the motor.
