Domperidone and paracetamol is a combination of two drugs, namely: domperidone and paracetamol. Domperidone prevents nausea and vomiting symptoms by blocking certain receptors that stimulate the vomiting centre located in the brain. It also acts as a prokinetic agent that increases the upper gastrointestinal tract's motility and helps in decreasing the stomach emptying time. Domperidone and paracetamol is a combination medicine used for the symptomatic treatment of migraine, and any medical condition with concomitant nausea/vomiting and fever/pain.
