Paper Band Filter
We offer Paper-band filter & Compact band filter with Magnetic Separator for efficient Filtration of magnetic & non magnetic contaminants and all type of coolants.
Magnetic separator separates magnetic particles reducing load on paper and consumption of paper. Contaminated coolant passed through magnetic separator where magnetic contaminants are separated & scrape off. Subsequently coolant passed through the paper filter where non magnetic particles removed. The float mechanism senses the contaminant level on the paper filter. When predetermined level is reached and filter is chocked it actuates the conveyor belt in paper band or Drum in compact band to bring fresh paper in position automatically.
This band filter ensures positive filtration of the order of 5 microns.
