Coolant & oil chilling units cover applications such as precise grinding, gun drilling, thread grinding etc. In precise grinding operations coolant temperature has to be maintained at 18oC to 20oC by refrigeration. In gun drilling, oil temperature is important for cutting tool life. Oil chilling unit maintains the temperature of oil between 30oC 40oC resulting in increased cutting edge life.
Chilling Unit also finds its application in controlling temperature of oil Power Packs & Water in die cooling for injection moulding.
