Definition of Palm Granulation Production Line:

Take palm waste as raw material, through pretreatment and processing, it is solidified and extruded into high-density pellet fuel. It can save energy and reduce emissions and has good economical and social benefits. Biomass pellet fuel has a high calorific value, with its calorific value ranging from 3,900 to 4,800 kcal /kg. The calorific value after carbonization can reach 7000-8000 kcal /kg. Palm pellet can be widely used in biomass power plants, biomass steam boilers, domestic fireplaces, ovens and biomass gasifier etc. It is an efficient and clean renewable energy.

There are mainly palm shell, palm leaf, and palm fruit channeling EFB,etc.

Flow process brief introduction

Palm waste is coarsely crushed through a drum beater and then cut into fine powder through a special palm cutter. Then, after the pre-cleaner, the raw material with 50% moisture entering the 3 layers drum dryer, is dried into about 15% moisture. and finally is pelleted. The diameter of the finished product is 6-10mm, which is optional. After the pelleting and cooling, it is packed into 20-50kg/bag by the small bag packing scale which is convenient to transport and sell. Palm pelleting complete project with 5tph, the total power is be around 890kw. The workshop covers an area of 2400 a , contains raw material and finished products warehouse; The design of the whole line is compact, reasonable, meets the requirements of environmental protection, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
