Offset Printing Runner

Screen Printing: This technique involves pushing specialized, flexible ink through a fine mesh stencil onto the flat rubber surface. It is highly effective for large batches and creates vibrant, opaque designs, including "puff" or raised effects. Each color is applied in layers and heat-cured.
Pad Printing: Ideal for runners with irregular or textured surfaces, this method uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from an etched printing plate (clichAC) to the product. It allows for precise, multi-color designs on complex shapes, though each color is applied and dried sequentially.
UV-LED Inkjet Printing: This digital method uses industrial-grade inkjet printers with specialized UV-curable inks. The ink is cured instantly with UV light, creating durable, high-resolution, full-color prints. This method is often used with custom "tooling" to hold the runner in place and can be cost-effective for smaller runs.
Laser Engraving: This process uses a computer-controlled laser to remove a thin layer of rubber, creating a permanent, highly precise, and tactile mark. It is resistant to wear and fading but is typically monochrome.
