NC - 602 and 608 are rosin free and non-tacky No Clean Fluxes for electronic component assembly by wave, dip or spray application. The residues of these fluxes are minimal and non-tacky and may be left on the assembled PCB's without cleaning. NC - 610 & 612 contain a small percentage of Rosin preferred by some users and therefore the residues are slightly tacky. Residues of the above fluxes can be cleaned with our Kleenol - 10, 10M and 50. The fluxes meet J-STD-004 and are RoHS Compliant.
