Thus filling nitrogen makes the packet look bigger. Also One needs to set the pressure of nitrogen and can adjust the time required for sealing of one pouch. Set the temperature high if the pouch is thick and as 'low' if the pouch is thin in nature. Hence, the setting of the temperature depends upon the thickness and thinness of the pouch. After then place the packaging material on the band sealer conveyor, it will automatically move forward and thus seal the pouch. Band sealer seals the pouch covering the width of 6-12 mm.
