About Nano Infrared Heater:-

Nano- infrared electric-thermal generator : when the nano-infrared coil is powered on,its nano scale high-temperature alloy electric wire produce heat energy with high efficiency. The emitted thermal radiation is filtered through a quartz tube and converted into far-infrared radiation.far-infrared is an energy-transmiiting electromagnetic wave with wavelength ranged 0.47-400 microns.far-infrared rays transmit heat energy trough radiation.
- Thermal reflective layer :Upon reach to the feeding tube,small part of the far infrared ray is reflected back,while penetrates through the surface of feeding tube.As a from of energy,the far-infrared can be absorbed by the molecule or atom in the feeding tube with absorption wavelength same as that of far-infrared ray.thus generating strong vibration and high-speed friction to increase the temperature of feeding tube of press machine.In this way,most of of the far-infrared rays contributed to heating of feeding tube by radiation.this is how-source radiation heating work,which significantly increases the heating rate and minimize heat loss.
- High efficient Nano Thermal Insulation layer : thermal energy of the reflective layer (usually over 300 celsius )was preserved by the high efficient Nano heat insulation layer. Isolation of heat circulation further prevent the heat loss. Each layer of the high efficient heat insulation layer alternative obstructs heat dissipation, which concentrates the heat to the internal heating area and mean while keep the shell temperature less than 60oc.therfore ,the environment within workshop can be signigicantly cooled down.


- Stainless steel shell: Due to the independent design of temperature cell,the temperature of surface and both opening end is relatively higher. The stainless stell shell has been standard for aiksen touch. The protective layer enhances the energy saving efficiency decreases the risk of burns during operation.
- High temperature exothermic radiation layer :High temperature radiation protection layer sprayed on the shell further reduces heat loss and surface temperature, making it cool enough for direct touch.The protective layer enhance the energy saving efficiency and significantly decreases the risk of burn during operation.
