Minomix (Minocycline 100 mg) Injection is a broad-spectrum
antibiotic from the tetracycline class, used to treat various serious bacterial
infections, especially in patients who cannot take oral medications.

Uses

Minocycline injection is indicated for treatment of
infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, such
as:

* Skin
and soft tissue infections

* Respiratory
tract infections

* Intra-abdominal
infections

* Urinary
tract infections (UTIs)

* Meningococcal
carriers (short-term)

* Rickettsial
infections

* Multidrug-resistant
Acinetobacter baumannii (off-label but common in ICU settings)

Mechanism of Action :
