1. Mechanical parts:
a cThe frame adopts 60*90 aluminum material equipped with rollers for transferring the busbar;
a cAssembly fixture sets up six piece air cylinder for clamping the busbar profile;
a cBusbar end face alignment mechanism uses galvanized steel structure driven by cylinder;
a cThe riveting system adopts door type supporting facility easy for operation;
a cThe riveting guns are optional;

a cThe moving line is controlled by elctric and the moving speed is adjustable.
