Lightweight fire clay brick is a kind of high temperature adiabatic refractory. It is made from refractory clay clinker, with plastic clay as the binding agent.Lightweight clay bricks are used as insulation materials for the thermal insulation of gas producer furnaces.The temperature in the 1200-1400 .Ingredients are mixed with water made of plastic material or mud, mud with extrusion or pouring shape, 1250-1350 after dry burning oxidation atmosphere.The volume density of commonly used clay bricks is between 0.75 and 1.2g/cm3. In reality, the proportion of light clay insulation bricks is more than 1.0.
