METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Boil 3000 ml water in a cooker and keep a stand inside the cooker so that top of the stand remains at 1 inch above the water surface.

2. Empty 1 kgm Dhokla powder in a separate vessel. Pour 1000 ml water slowly stirring the mixture continuously so that no lumps remain.

3. Immediately pour the mixture in the aluminum tray and keep it on the stand in the cooker. Cover the cooker with a plate.

4. Steam it for exactly 15 minutes and then keep it aside for cooling.

5. After cooling, cut the dhokla of desired sizes and pour 8 Spoons (300 ml) of Phodni.

6. Then sprinkle finely chopped coriander on it.
