Ingredients:
Coriander, Red Chilli, Paprika, Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Almond, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cumin Seed, Cinnamon, Clove, Mace, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Papain.

Required Ingredients:
Minced Meat a 1kg (Beef/Mutton/Chicken)
Onions 4 medium, finely chopped / 300g.
Garlic crushed a 1A tablespoons
Ginger Paste a 2 tablespoons
Green Chillies a 3-4 medium, finely chopped
Ghee/Oil a 1A cups/ 175-250g
Shan Keema Curry Mix a One packet (or less if wanted milder)
a c Mix together Shan Keema Curry Mix, raw Papaya, Garlic and minced meat. Put to one side to tenderize for about 1-2 hours.
a c Heat Ghee and fry the minced meat until Ghee separates from it. Stir occasionally.
a c Heat a piece of coal, red hot and place it in a small steel utensil. Place this in the meat pot. Pour one tablespoon Ghee over the coal and immediately cover the pot. Remove the coal before serving.
