Kb Series Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pumps

KB series mechanical diaphragm metering pump is a branch product of
metering pump. Its working principle is that the reciprocating movement of
diaphragm forms the volume change of pump cavity, and the flow direction of
material is controlled by one-way valve to achieve the function of metering and
conveying. The diaphragm of diaphragm metering pump is generally made of PVDF,
PTFE and other materials, and the strength of the diaphragm is improved by
multi-layer composite. Diaphragm metering pump is a more commonly used metering
pump, metering accuracy is slightly lower than plunger metering pump. Because
that diaphragm is adopt as the main part of the hydraulic end, the sealing
performance is bet, and no leakage can be realized.
