barrel interlayer heater is an electric heating tube; the heat transfer medium is water or thermal oil; the
equipment control part is controlled by Siemens PLC, and the Taiwan Weilun touch screen man-machine
interface;
Product structure:
Barrel: liner and middle partition: 304 stainless steel structure; outer layer: thickened heat insulation
device; 201 stainless steel structure;
Filling head: a total of 32 heads, special filling head for brown sugar paste sticky material, 304 stainless
steel structure, plunger pump principle; filling system adopts steam movement, the discharge system
should have heating device
Mold: wear-resistant food-grade silicone mold structure, can withstand temperature 240
Cooling demoulding machine: The chain and shelf are made of stainless steel.
The cooling tunnel of this machine adopts air-cooled cooling to air-cool the filled products;
Conveyor: After the finished product is demoulded, it is transported to the packaging link. The frame is
made of stainless steel, and the conveyor belt is a food-grade conveyor belt.
