Preparation Method:

Add 3 liters of water into 1kg Karamat Hot & Sour Soup Mix and make a smooth paste
without lumps.
Keep aside for 20 min.
Boil 5 liters of water, and when water comes to a rigorous boil add the prepared paste
while stirring it.
Cook for 10 min. (approx) on low flame. Garnish & serve hot.
