Broachcutter TCT Holesaws are made of three major parts; TCT Holesaw, Centre Drill & Arbor.

TCT Holesaw is made of machined tool steel with high quality Tungsten Carbide Tips brazed on it. The tips are ground to a special geometry to ensure multi-layer cutting. Tip geometry also suits easy chip removal & burr free cut.

Centre Drill is made of high grade HSS material. It is 6mm in diameter. The length of the centre drill is 46mm - sufficiently long to allow several re-grindings. This is a Half Flute Drill. Length of Flutes end before the Holesaw tips would touch the sheet. Full round part of the centre drill at the backside portion enters the guiding hole drilled by the centre drill. Thus a perfect and smooth guide is available when Holesaw cuts the desired hole.

Spring is placed on the centre drill to help eject the cut part of the sheet as soon as drilling is completed.

Arbor shank is SDS plus type with three flats to match three jaws of drill chucj. Arbor holds the Holesaw and the Centre Drill with the help of M6 Grub Screw.
