HMG100/240-BW thinnest shearer is a new type machine for mechanized coal mining working face and high-grade mechanized coal mining working face. Ita s a super low hydraulic chainless haulage shearer driven with mult-motor and large power. This coal shearer is driven by three motors of which the power of sides cutting motors are 100kw and the traction motor is 40kw. The total installation power is 240kw. It is applicable to the 0.85-1.5m thickness of coal seam and non-metal deposits that is dip angle is a 30A coal property is medium-hard ( f a 3.5) . The longwall shearer can work with metal friction props or single hydraulic props and metal hinge top beam to be the mechanized working face and high-grade mechanized coal mining working face. Also it can work with low coal hydraulic props supporting to the fully mechanized working face.
