HMG100/111 a TWD thin coal seam electric haulage shearer is frequency conversion speed regulating electric haulage shearer which comes out on the foundation of HMGI00-T shearer. The machine is mainly composed by two parts: cutting and traction. Motor power of the part of cutting is 100 kW motor power of the part of traction is 11 kW and total installed capacity is 111kW. Traction motor adopts horizontal layout motor control system brought in SPWM variable frequency speed regulation technology which makes the shearer can adjust speed automatically according to the hardness of coal and operating resistance. So it can adapt to the working condition of working face and achieve the best operation effect.
