Hcz Metallurgy Rope Hoist

Our offered HCZ Metallurgy Rope Hoist is specially designed and built to handling molten metal and high heat solid loads in metallurgical casting industry, using heat-resistant motor and electrical components, enhanced the strength of main load-bearing parts and equipped with a heat-insulating shield for service under high temperature conditions. The functional units, such as Upper/Lower limit switches, Over-heat protector for hoisting motor, Emergency Power off switch and Overload protector, Remote controller ensure the safety and reliability in operation.

This series hoist options three installing configurations, as stationary( say as "A"), electric hoist trolley (say as "B") and low-headroom electric hoist trolley (say as "BD"). They can be installed separately on suspension I-steel runway (straight or curve) or fixed beam, aswell be incorporated into lifting system such as sing/double girder crane, cantilever crane, and gantry crane.
