Stick Wel D3 Synthetic Wood Adhesive

These Stick Wel D3 Synthetic Wood Adhesive developed by Gunjan Paints. It can be used for General Purpose. Generically, it is a PVAc aqueous dispersion used for making special class of Wood Adhesives with excellent water Resistance. i.e.D3 class.
STICK-WEL D3 gives excellent Adhesion with good machining properties. It also gives excellent adhesive strength. It is very fast
Setting and clear drying Adhesive, widely suitable for both hand and machine application.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:-
Physical Appearance : Milky white viscous liquid.
Solid Contents: 52A 1%.
Brookefield Viscocity: 13000A 2000 CPS. Spindle No.4. 6 RPM.
pH : 3 TO 4
Residual Monomer: 0.1% Maximum.
Average particle size : 0.5Au.
Density at 23A c: 1.1 kg/CmA
Ash Content: Less than 0.5%.

APPLICATION METHODOLOGY:-
STICK-WEL D3 is widely used as single component Adhesive. When water resistance EN 204 D3 classification is required.
When applied to both sides of wooden plank to the tune of approx. 150 gram per 20mA and pressed under pressure of
0.5 N/mmA for 1 to 2 hours. Results found were excellent. It gives excellent resistance to Static Loads. Despite high water
Resistance, it does not result into change in pH values of this Adhesive.
