Key Features
A conveyor can move the material by Gravity against Gravity and For Gravity. This system is done by a moving belt or rollers. In case of belt the belt is moved by electrical power and is called a "BELT CONVEYOR".
A belt conveyor consists of a belt pulley and drive. There are other components viz. return idler take up screws etc used to stabilize the movement and keeping the tension of the belt constant.
The drive is done by a electrical motor coupled with the roller that drives the belt. The speed of the belt is variable from 50ft/minute to 85ft/minute.
We are furnishing the installation operation maintenance and safety manual for a smooth running of the material handling system.
