Common thicknesses range from 4mm to 10mm.Each piece of glass is carefully measured and checked for imperfections before packaging.Protective Layers:Foam or Bubble Wrap: The glass surface is wrapped in thick foam or bubble wrap to provide cushioning and prevent direct impact or scratches. The glossy lacquered surface is particularly sensitive to scuff marks, so extra protection is essential.Corner Protectors: The edges and corners of the glass are protected with corner guards made of foam, plastic, or cardboard. This prevents damage to the edges during transit.Wooden Crates or Strong Cardboard Boxes:Crating (for large orders or fragile shipments): For larger or multiple glass panels, a custom wooden crate is often used to securely hold the glass. The crate is usually lined with additional foam padding to cushion the glass.Sturdy Boxes (for smaller items): For smaller glass panels, durable, double-walled cardboard boxes with internal padding are used.
