1. The machine is used for flat glass linear edge, multilevel edge and edge grinding, polishing.
2. The conveyor belt adopts rolling bearing structure, keep transmitting smoothly. Each splint separately installs 5 bearings of 3types, which was specially made by our company. They are load-bearing bearing, guide bearing and buckle bearing. This structure reduces friction in glass processing and guarantees processing precision.
3. Polishing system adopts pneumatic and manual double facility. This ensures working accuracy.
4. The machine is equipped with automatic and manual oil injection system, which can keep it in good lubrication working, conditions, and make it more reliable.
5. Electrical control system adopts imported electrical components, using PLC for both manual and automatic control. Man-machine interface displays glass thickness and processing speed.
