FSBM4222 Glass Straight Line Double Edging Machine (22 Motors) is suitable for grinding varies size of flat glass. Grinding two paraller edges, front and rear arris and polishing can be finished at one pass. Polishing applies pneumatic and manual double system, which has more stable performance to ensure the brightness of glass bottom edge and arris. Conveyor system adopts worm-drive reduce speed with good synchronism. Auto and manual oil supply system are equipped to guarantee machine working under a good lubrication condition to increase stability. Apply PLC control auto/manual program, HMI display date of glass thickness, width and running speed. The machine is used for processing large and long inter-layer glass and large scale flat glass production.
