Fused Ceramic Sand

We are engaged in distributing, exporting and supplying excellent quality Fused Ceramic Sand to our valuable clients.
1. Small thermal expansion coefficient, the performance is comparable with zircon sand, castings won't expansion with fused sand as moulding sand;
2. Sand is spherical with good liquidity and good ventilation;
3. The surface is smooth with compact structure, so that the adhesive can be uniformly covered;
4. Fused sand is a neutral materials, can be used with acids, bases and binders;
5. Reuse and regeneration, cost-effective;
6. Compared with the price of chromite sand, zircon sand, its price is only 25-50%. Meanwhile, sand is spherical with small surface area, so the added amount of the resin can be reduced by 30-50% and the added amount of sodium silicate a 4%; and reducing casting defects arising from the binder and improving the yield of castings.
