Application:-
We all know that ceramics can be used as oil fracturing proppant. However, it can be applied in many other fields such as building, refractory and agriculture.

1. Building
Ceramic sand as a building material has the function of sound-absorbing and sound insulation. Ceramic sand has the features of low density, high pressure, high porosity, high softening coefficient, good frost resistance, excellent alkali aggregate reaction and so on. Especially since its small density, internal porous, uniform form, composition, good strength and durability, which has light weight, corrosion resistance, antifreeze, earthquake and good barrier properties (insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation).

Based on the advantages of ceramic sand itself, the main function of first discovered is used for building materials. In recent years, with the noise raising as a source of pollution, ceramic sand has been used as the primary building material again.

2. Refractory
Ceramic sand can be handy in the refractory material. Some bricks are made of ceramic sand, which can be used in the furnace lining, also can be used as building insulation board.
