The full-automatic glass cutting line is mainly used for the processing of flat glass, which can quickly and accurately take pieces, cut linear shaped glass and air floating mechanical breaking pieces. The working process is as follows: the loading machine adopts mechanical turnover, and the raw glass to be processed is taken down from the material rack through the vacuum suction cup and dropped onto the loading table. The glass is transported to the cutting platform through the roller on the loading platform and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform. The cutter box on the crossbeam of the cutter drives the cutter to walk at high speed in the X direction and Y direction through the servo motor, uses the motor rotation of the Z axis to control the tangent path of the cutter, and uses the analog quantity to control the cutting pressure and cutting depth at the same time, and the four axes act at the same time to cut. After cutting, the glass plate is sent to the air floating breaking table for breaking through the air cushion formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the breaking table.
